The life of Tomcat Bucho 7 Swimming in the Bathtub
Bucho loves water. He loves watching hot and cold water flow and stirring it with his hands. Accompanying his owners to bathe and playing in the bathroom is a big event in his day.
One day, Bucho came to my bath as usual. He sat calmly on the closed bathtub cover, waiting for me to start bathing. I tried to move Bucho to the back so that he could watch me, leaving the bathtub cover only half closed.
However, for some reason, Bucho refused to move and started to struggle. At that moment, Bucho's hind legs slipped on the edge of the bathtub.
Bucho fell into the bathtub on his butt. It happened in an instant. Bucho raised his head in the bathtub and swam like a dog. For about ten seconds.
Then he desperately climbed onto the slippery edge of the bathtub and escaped from the bathroom.
I was sure that now Bucho would never come with me to the bath again.
Taking a bath with Bucho was fun in its own way, but it was also more of a hassle.
Bucho loves to play with running water, so even when I am washing my head or body, Bucho comes down to the floor. So I have to be careful not to get shampoo or soap on him. I have to be careful not to accidentally pour too much water on Bucho's body. It takes twice as long as usual.
Bucho lost interest in water, and alas, we were relieved.
However, Bucho appeared in the bathroom again the next day. It seems that "retreat" is not in Bucho's dictionary.
