After the fasting camp, I don't have sugar as much as possible.
However,  I want to eat something sweet.
So I tried to cook "Red bean jiuqu"(小豆麹)。

This was the first time I cook it.
It's not hard to cook it, but it's hard to stay constant temperature because jiuqu can live between 50~60° temperature only. 
I couldn't sleep last night in order to make sure the temperature all night.
It was so nice. Then it's a fermented food and good for my digestion.
I hope to cook it again.
