想い出のイタリア料理。 🥰🥛🍝

おはようございます。

昨日は日曜大工をしました。家族にカラーボックスを組み立ててあげました。

お礼にサイゼリヤのピザとドリアをいただきました。美味しかったです。昔は岩手にも、ペペサーレというイタリアンのレストランがありました。

そこの牛乳入りボロネーゼというパスタが私は好きで、よく食べていました。しかし盛岡にあったその店舗も、いつしか閉店してしまいました。

宮城県や北海道にはまだ店舗があると思っていましたが、どうやら完全に潰れてしまったようですね。まあびっくりドンキーの系列の店なので、本体が潰れない限りはノウハウは残ると思われます。

まあボロネーゼなんてどこでも食べられますね。トップバリュにもあると思います。ただ私にとっては忘れられない、想い出の一品だったということです。

Yesterday, I did some DIY work. I assembled painted shelves for my family.

As a reward, I received Saizeriya pizza and rice gratin. It was delicious. By the way, there used to be an Italian restaurant in Iwate called Pepesale.

I liked the pasta called bolognese with milk there and ate it often. However, that store in Morioka closed down.

I thought there were still stores in Miyagi Prefecture and Hokkaido, but it seems they have completely closed down. Okay, since it's a store affiliated with Bikkuri Donkey, I think the know-how will remain as long as the main unit doesn't collapse.

Well, you can eat Bolognese just about anywhere. I think Topvalu also has it. Nevertheless, for me, it was a memorable dish that I will never forget.
