とても静か

5:00 AM. The summer solstice is near, and the morning light filters into "The House of the Star Child."
Tsukiko slowly ascends the stairs to the second floor. It's very quiet.

On the second-floor hallway, there are nine framed pictures and paintings.
Tsukiko stands in front of a door with a panel depicting Taiyoh's back. She enters the room.

- The Tale of Taiyoh and Tsukiko -   episode 6

「気づいた?」

"Did you notice?"

月子
「2階に誰かいると思った」

"I thought there was someone on the second floor."

"I meant you."

「なんとなく」

"Kind of."

"I see."

グラス
「‥」

"I don't know about the rest, but that's fine."

〈 Afterword 〉

①Glass:

  1. She seems to be composed and has an air of mystery about her.

  2. She is trying to confirm if Tsukiko has realized something, but she doesn't seem to be inclined to specifically discuss what it is. This might be because she wants Tsukiko to realize it on her own, or because she believes in Tsukiko's ability to find the answers herself.

  3. Glass’s short and monotone responses suggest that she might be hiding something, or trying to prompt Tsukiko to think more deeply about her own feelings and situation.

②Tsukiko:

  1. She seems to be searching for something or is confused about something.

  2. Her statement, “I thought there was someone on the second floor,” might indicate that she is carrying some form of anxiety or expectation.

  3. The line, “Taiyoh is not here. I created him, so he doesn't exist,” suggests that she has reached some crucial realization about the entity called Taiyoh. This may be part of her quest concerning her identity and reality.

  4. “I don't know about the rest, but that's fine,” suggests that she might be coming to terms with something or might have found some kind of resolution. However, she might not have understood everything just yet.

From this conversation, it can be seen that the story is heading in a deeply introspective direction. Tsukiko is in the process of learning about herself and the world around her, and Glass may be playing an important role in this process. At this stage, it would be important to see what actions Tsukiko takes in the story based on her new understanding of herself and the entity known as Taiyoh.
