The rules of the world are made up of quibbles.

Hello, everyone.

Sai&Co.WAKU Chare Lab's Sai&Co. It is.

Well, today I'm going to talk about "the rules of the world are made of quibbles".

But before that, please.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If so, please share it with your friends😁

Then it's the main topic.

Well, the other day, when I saw the blog of Shota Yamamoto, a certified public accountant, I suddenly thought about it.

So I'm going to talk a little bit about it today.

First of all, if you say what kind of blog Shota Yamamoto's blog was, please refer to the following for details.

Because I think that's the fastest.

So, I'll paste that blog ↓

Well, read it, how was it?

What did you think?

As for the content, it is about the tax of mirin and cooking sake.

Which one is alcohol and which one is not alcohol.

That's why I think it was a story that the taxes that come up are different.

From the result, both of them contain alcohol, but mirin does not contain salt, so it corresponds to alcohol, and cooking sake does not apply to alcohol because it contains salt.

It's strange, isn't it?

It seems to be said like "Strawberries look like fruits, but they are classified as vegetables," right?

Moreover, you will be deceived by the name.

If anything, cooking sake is overwhelmingly more like alcohol.

Because there's alcohol in the name.

This is "That's it!" Isn't it?

But the area where it is sorted because the contents are different, I think, "It's kind of like a quibble."

I think, "Both have alcohol in it, so both of them can be alcohol," or "Both are seasonings, so you don't have to classify them as alcohol."

So in the end, "Why do you do such a difficult thing to understand?" What, I feel a little uncomfortable.

Moreover, it leads to the idea that "Well, if you put salt in it, it will not be all alcohol", and if you search all over Japan, or rather, if you search all over the world, don't you feel like there will be alcoholic beverages with salt?

If you refer to how to drink there, I feel like you can find a way to drink deliciously.

If that's the case, it will also be an idea that "you can drink alcohol cheaply".

In other words, if you want to avoid alcohol tax even though it contains alcohol, you can do as much as you want.

However, in order not to make it easy to do so, I'm sure there are more detailed rules that are more strictly decided.

I won't dig deep into that rule today, but in the end, even if you overwrite various rules later, it's just like, "Is there salt in it or not?" "Is it alcohol? Isn't it alcohol?' If you seem to be drawing a line, new liquors and seasonings that break the rules later, and new services that go through the gaps between the rules are likely to come out.

In other words, it's a match pump, right?

Then, better than that, I think, "It would be faster if I taxed everything that uses alcohol as an alcohol tax."

It looks like you're doing something to make a loophole in the rules on purpose and make it go through.

Moreover, I think the evaluation axis of alcohol is different in the first place.

If you think about whether alcohol is good or bad for people, you have to think about whether it is good or bad for each product that contains alcohol, so for example, disinfectant with alcohol is highly necessary and beneficial to many people in the world. So I think it's a good thing, so I don't pay taxes, alcohol is not good for the body, it's a luxury item, so I'm going to pay taxes, and if you do something like this, depending on the person, the evaluation axis, whether alcohol is good or bad for that person is an idea. It covers the outside immediately, so opinions can't be agreed or antipathy may be bought.

So, isn't it quite difficult to evaluate whether alcohol is good or bad?

Then I think it would be fair and efficient to think about the standard of taxing whether alcohol is used in the product or not, but what do you think?

Even so, it may not be so easy to say "vertical administration ..." or "related organizations ..."

Then, somehow, it's not an evil guess, but I feel like I'm making a loophole on purpose, and I don't feel like there are people who are trying to gain wealth by using that loophole.

Well, even if I go deeper, I don't have any particular merits myself, and I think it's about time to end this story, but it seems that there are various other tax rules that I don't know well.

So how was it?

Today's story.

Well, there are a lot of dark things about taxes, so I will only talk about Sarari here, but today's story is only specialized in "taxing on seasonings", so please understand that point.

Moreover, it's a complete personal opinion.

Well, as for the usual me, I also take up interesting articles that happen to see every day like this, think about various things in my own way, use psychology, brain science, personality analysis, and write down what I thought through. I will.

So, if you are interested in today's blog, please bring your finger to this other blog once.

Everything can be read in about 5 minutes.

We accept questions, impressions, and consultations from the official LINE.
