(Psalms 147:15) He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly. 
(詩篇147:15）神はその戒めを地上に下される。

There are people who usually say “When God takes a stone he does not throw it out early”. By this, they are trying to say God does not act with speed. Please, never believe such human suggestions and lies. Our theme Scripture which says, “the Word of God runs swiftly” paints a different picture. In the days of Elijah, he prophesied that there was going to be rain over Israel for before this there had been a severe drought for three years and six months (James 5:17-18). This drought was caused by Elijah and this same Prophet prayed and overturned things so that there could be rain. When he had stayed in prayer, praying for the rains to come, the hand of the LORD came upon him. This is one of the reasons for praying for prayer magnifies the hand or power of God in our lives. 
神が石を取るとき、それを早く投げ出すことはない」と言う人がいる。これによって、彼らは神が迅速に行動しないと言おうとしているのだ。どうか、そのような人間の提案や嘘を信じてはならない。私たちのテーマである「神の言葉はすみやかに走る」という聖句は、それとは異なる姿を描いている。エリヤの時代、彼はイスラエルに雨が降ると預言した。この干ばつはエリヤが引き起こしたもので、この預言者は雨が降るように祈り、物事を覆した。彼が祈り続けて雨が降るように祈ったとき、主の御手が彼の上に臨んだ。これは、祈りが私たちの人生における神の御手や力を拡大する理由の一つである。

Before the rains, Elijah gave a word of prophecy to Ahab and told him to be ready for there was going to be rain. When Ahab heard this, he began to ride his chariot in order not to be whipped by the rain that was coming. Elijah had no physical chariot yet with God’s hand on him, he outrun Ahab who was using the fastest car at the time. This is what we call divine speed. With divine speed, you do things beyond the capability of natural beings. You begin to surpass science, technology, research articles, the wisdom of men, theories or conjectures, theorems, scientifically established principles, and others. In a few hours, we will enter the new year and for this new year, we want to move with divine speed. Pray for divine acceleration or speed today. Hallelujah! 
雨が降る前に、エリヤはアハブに預言の言葉を与え、雨が降るから備えよと告げた。それを聞いたアハブは、これから降る雨に鞭打たれないように、戦車に乗り始めた。エリヤは物理的な戦車を持っていなかったが、神の御手によって、当時最も速い車を使っていたアハブを出し抜いた。これが神のスピードと呼ばれるものだ。神のスピードがあれば、自然界の人間の能力を超えたことができる。科学、技術、研究論文、人の知恵、理論や推測、定理、科学的に確立された原理などを凌駕し始めるのだ。あと数時間で新しい年を迎えますが、この新しい年のために、私たちは神のスピードで動きたいのです。今日、神の加速やスピードが得られるように祈ろう。ハレルヤ！

Confession: The mighty hand of God has come upon me causing me to outrun men, spirits, science, technology, my superiors, and all that man can do. I have obtained divine acceleration by the power of the Holy Ghost. I am achieving divine results in every department of my life with divine acceleration. Hallelujah! 
告白します： 神の力強い御手が私に臨み、私は人、霊、科学、技術、上司、そして人がなしうるすべてのことを凌駕することができるようになりました。私は聖霊の力によって神の加速を得ている。私は神聖な加速によって、人生のあらゆる部門で神聖な結果を得ている。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. 
まだ一度も生まれ変わったことのない人は、こう言ってください。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神がイエス・キリストを死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じます。
