直近のブログ記事で所沢市民フェスティバルのことについて少し触れましたが、私が出資している市民団体、所沢市民ソーラーという市民団体のことについて書きます。下の写真は市民フェスティバルに展示したものです。ある農家と提携して、耕作を妨げずに空中を借りソーラー発電を行い、発電の収益も上げるというものです。年利１％、１０年の出資です。このプロジェクトを立ち上げるのに１０年以上かかっています。農林水産省、所沢市役所、etc… 膨大な資料提出が必要になります。農産物の収量が落ちないことを証明する資料なんてのもあります。こんなことどうやって証明できるの?無理難題とはこのことでしょう。幸いこの市民団体には様々な参加者いて、大学と連絡を取ったり事業者と連絡をとったりして、しかし１０年以上かかったわけです。一番下の写真は所沢市民ソーラーが出した展示の一つです。
In a recent blog post, I briefly touched upon the Saitama City Citizens' Festival, but I would like to write about a citizen group in which I am investing, called "Saitama City Citizens Solar." The photo below is what we exhibited at the Citizens' Festival. We have partnered with a farmer to conduct solar power generation by borrowing airspace without hindering cultivation, and also to raise revenue from the generated power. It's a 1% annual return investment for 10 years. It has taken over 10 years to launch this project. A vast amount of documentation is required, including submissions to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Saitama City Hall, etc. There are even documents to prove that agricultural productivity won't decrease. How can we prove such a thing? It seems like an impossible task. Fortunately, this citizen group has various participants who have contacted universities and businesses, but it still took over 10 years.
