ドミトリー・ペスコフは、2時間余り後にクレムリンで行われる式典で、4つの地域が2014年の国境内でロシア連邦に加盟することを確認した。
クレムリン報道官は、キエフが交渉に応じないため、モスクワの要求は変わっておらず、特別作戦は継続されると述べた。
また、ロシアは核のエスカレーションを望んでいないとも述べた。

Dmitry Peskov confirmed a ceremony at the Kremlin in just over two hours will see the four areas admitted to the Russian Federation - within borders of 2014.
The Kremlin Spokesperson said Moscow's demands have not changed and the special operation will continue, as Kiev is not willing to negotiate.
He also stated Russia does not want to see a nuclear escalation.
