秘密基地 / Secret base

今朝、大きな雷と同時に雨が降る。
外に出られないけれど、出られない理由ができて何だか安心してしまう。
快晴の休みの日には外に出ないと、損をした気分になってしまうという事がある。

小学生の時、小2、小3などの時は、公園に行けば約束なしで友達と遊ぶ事ができた。皆外で遊んでいた。
小6くらいになると約束しなければ、遊べないくらい皆公園からいなくなった。
全体的に約束をして部屋でゲームをしたりする事が多くなったようだった。

僕は自転車を漕ぎ続けるという遊びなどをしていた。
たまに友と約束をして、入っては行けなさそうな場所に入ったりした。

その中でも秘密基地作りには燃えた。
小学2、3年生の頃は、秘密基地作りに勤しんだ。
どこかの空き地、公園の木の上、住宅と住宅の隙間、そんなものを見つける為に奔走していた。
秘密基地、と言っても、見つけたその空間に各々の見つけた珍しい石や、ゴミ箱で拾った鍋などを持ち寄り、ただそこに皆で集まるだけ。
眠ったり、快適に過ごす事はできなかったけれど、誰かが言った「秘密基地」という言葉に皆が燃え、俺たちの秘密の基地を探した。とても良かった事を思い出す。

原始人ゲームも良かったし、我サターンなりゲームも良かった。

・This morning, it's raining with a big thunderstorm. I can't go out, but I feel relieved now that I have a reason not to go out. If I don't go outside on a sunny day off, I feel like I'm missing out somehow.

・When I was in elementary school, 2nd and 3rd grade, I could go to the park and play with my friends without having to make an appointment. Everyone was playing outside.
By the time they reached 6th grade, they all disappeared from the park. Overall, it seemed like they were making more appointments and then playing games in their rooms.

・I was playing something like continuing to pedal my bicycle. Sometimes I would make an appointment with a friend and go into a place that seemed impossible.

・Above all, he was passionate about building a secret base. When I was in second or third grade, I worked hard to build a secret base. I was running around trying to find something, such as an empty lot somewhere, a tree in a park, or a gap between two houses. Even though it's called a secret base, everyone just gathers in the space they found, bringing in rare stones they found, pots they picked up in the trash, and so on. Although we couldn't sleep or feel comfortable, we all got excited when someone said the word "secret base" and searched for our secret base. I remember it being very good.

・The Primitive Man game was good, and the Saturn game was also good.
