そういう時、どこかに安心を見つけたくてテレビをつけたり携帯を見てしまう。
欲しいものが見つからない。
でもずっと、外の世界のニュースを、見続けてしまう時。

上手く言葉にできないけれど、いったいこれは何なのだろう。

そんな気持ちになった時、心の中で森の木に会いに行こう。
木に会って、自分の芯に触れたら。

そこに確かなものが、私を微笑んで見つめている。

「外でどんなことがあろうとも、私の内側は大丈夫。」

これで安心して眠ることができる。
森の木ありがとう。
