Flowwaメンバー紹介
オーストラリア、メルボルンに拠点を置くFlowwa（フラワ）ですが、国内外にもメンバーが増えてきました！この記事では、メンバーの紹介をします。
Flowwa は、豪州NPO法人で、ウェルネス、ウェルビーイング、メンタルヘルスの領域で最近注目されている斬新な社会貢献グループで、ART＆PLAYを使って自己肯定感UPの場をクリエイトしています。

Flowwaの構成メンバーは多岐にわたっていて、大きく分けると以下の3タイプの関わり方があります。
団体運営に関わるコアチーム
プロジェクト・イベント・プロモーションなど、それぞれの活動ごとに単発で関わるアーティストやプロジェクトマネジャー
ソーシャルチェンジ、啓蒙活動、人道的活動をより効果的に実施するためのアナリスト、リサーチャー
その他、コーポレートセクター、ソーシャルセクター、政府とパートナーシップを組み、一人ではできない、一団体ではできないダイナミックなソーシャルチェンジを生み出すことを目的にして日々活動しています。

〜 ハワイより 〜
デボラ
メンバータイプ：アーティスト
職業：フラワーアートデザイナー、および、フラワーアート講師
自己紹介：
教えることと植物に対してわたしは情熱があり、その2つを、自分で立ち上げたデザイン会社「アンビアンス・トゥディ」で融合できたことは幸運です。自然は、常にわたしの女神であり、仕事に反映されています。陶芸とファッションデザインの経歴があることで、自分の仕事に他にはない良さを創り出せていると感じています。
Flowwaでの活動：
異文化の視点から、フラワーアートのワークショップをFlowwaにて開催しています。主にハワイのお花とその他のハワイ関連テーマを使っています。
Flowwa外での独自の活動：
ニューヨークのシラキュース大学で美術の学士（BFA）を取得。ハワイ大学で専門職学位を取得。アメリカフラワーデザイナー協会（AIFD）のメンバー。出版物には2008年の「フローラ」Vol.8、第4号の表紙と2016年の「フローリスト レビュー」の記事があります。わたしが手がけたデザインの何点かは国際的に知られたデザイナーのレナ・バン・レムスの本「Rene’s Bouquets for Brides」のフローラル・ウェディング・ブックに掲載されています。
Deborah Di Bella

Flower Art Designer & Teacher
Who am I?
Teaching and botanicals are my passions and I feel fortunate to be able to bring the two together with Ambiance Today, my design company. Nature has always been my muse and is reflected in my work. Having a background in pottery and fashion design gives my work a different edge.
Contribution to Flowwa：
I provide flower art workshops with multicultural perspectives for Flowwa.org, especially using Hawaiian flowers and concepts.
My work outside of Flowwa：
My educational background include a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Syracuse University, NY and a Professional Diploma (PD) from the University of Hawaii in Secondary Art Education. A member of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD).
Publications include the cover of 2008 “Flora” magazine, Vol. 8 Issue 4 and an article in the 2016 issue of “Florists’ Review.” Several of my designs can be found in the floral wedding book, Rene’s Bouquets for Brides published in 2011 by internationally known designer René van Rems, AIFD.

ハナ・キム

職業：グラフィックデザイナー
自己紹介：
韓国で14年以上、広告業界でグラフィックデザイナーとして働いています。 オーストラレーシア（オーストラリア・アジア圏）の様々な場所で生活し、働いた経験があります。
Flowwaでの活動：
Flowwaメンバー、パートナー団体、スポンサー企業などへ、グラフィックデザインを製作し提供しています。
Flowwa外での独自の活動：
現代デザインの知識と専門性をメディアに応用する。幅広い業界において、私のグローバルな経験はデザインソリューションの考え方そのものを進化させています。わたしが関わったプロジェクトには、ベトナムの「Ssangyong」の上市や韓国のデザインスタジオ「2inAsia」の立ち上げ、E＆S（オーストラリアのメジャーなお家リノベーションの会社）のデジタル展開などがあります。
Hanna Kim

Graphic Designer
Who am I?
Graphic designer from Korea with over 14 years of experience in the advertising industry, living and working in different parts of Australasia.
Contribution to Flowwa：
I provide graphic designs for AUSN members and partners.
My work outside of Flowwa：
I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in modern design and how this works with emerging media. My global experience across a variety of industries brings a forward thinking approach to design solutions. Some of my favourite projects have included launching "Ssangyong" in Vietnam, an industrial design studio in Korea “2inAsia” and working with E&S trading on their digital expansion.

エイドリアン・フィッシャー
メンバータイプ：Flowwa コアチーム
職業：HR（人事）カウセリング（キャリアチェンジ、リスキリング等）
自己紹介：
情熱的で意志が強く、世界中のHSPおよび引きこもりのアドボケート（擁護者）です。2歳からビデオゲームをしています。Hikikomori（引きこもり）の経験があり、今はソーシャルスキルを高めるために羽ばたいている中で、自分と同じように引きこもりの経験をした人が社会に出られるよう手助けしています。人とつながることが大好きです。特に個性的な人。
Flowwaでの活動：
人事業務については、まだ初歩的な段階です。Flowwaのコアチームをマーケティングと福祉の面でサポートしています。クリエイティブ・ライティング（書き物）もしています。僕の主な目的は、日本の人が海外に羽ばたきたいときに、戦略的パートナーとなり、文化を理解し、異文化コラボレーションの促進を手助けすることです。
Flowwa外での独自の活動：
経営学（人材育成およびマーケティング）の学士を持つ。リクルーターとして働いた経験があり、人を巻き込むことに情熱を注いでいます。現在は、起業して個人事業主として人材育成のカウンセリングをしています。
Adrian Fisher
Outreach & Community Growth
Who am I?
Passionate, strong willed and determined advocate of highly sensitive people globally including Hikikomori.
Video gaming since the age of two, I have lived experience of being a Hikikomori, I’m now spreading my wings to improve my social skills and help Hikikomori and others alike who come after me do the same. I love connecting with people and especially unique types.
Contribution to Flowwa：
I’m entry level HR administration experienced with some creative writing pieces up my sleeve, so I’ll support the operations team with marketing and outreach. My primary aim is to be strategic partner to Japan, understand their culture and facilitate cross-cultural collaborations.
My work outside of Flowwa：
Bachelor of Business (Human Resources & Marketing) degree qualified, I’m a Recruiter passionate to catalyse engaged, high trusting and performing cultures in the corporate arena through my recruitment work and ongoing self-education on psychology.

自己紹介：
芸術とメンタルヘルスへの情熱を、最新の科学やエンジニアリングとテクノロジーと組み合わせることで素晴らしいアイディアを生み出しています。物を分解したり組み立てたりしていた、子どもの頃の好奇心からの自然な流れで、機械エンジニアリングを専攻しました。
インタラクティブな展示会、お祭り、フェスティバルに関わる様々なアーティスト・グループに携わったり、機械学習や音声、アバターの表情など様々なバーチャルリアリティ（VR）のプロジェクトにも関わり、VRの分野で新たな挑戦を探求しています。
Flowwaでの活動：
現実世界の問題を解決するためのアーティストや科学技術者のチーム作りのお手伝いをしたいと考えています。学祭的なチームによって複雑な問題を新しい視点で解決することができます。技術的な知識や経歴がない人でもFlowwaプロジェクトに参加して結果を出すための、手助けとサポートをしています。
Flowwa外での独自の活動：
クライメート・チェンジ（環境保護）について熱心で、移行する技術とエネルギー削減についてのエンジニア。わたしたちの社会が化石燃料から持続可能なエネルギー源に移行できるようにすること。シリアスな環境問題研究者であってもスリルは求めていて、個人的な趣味で、電子ミニ自動車を造っています。
Jason Beattie

Virtual Reality Creator
Who am I?
Bring a passion for art and mental health and combine it with the latest science, engineering, and technology to bring amazing ideas to life.
I studied mechanical engineering, a natural progression from a childhood curiosity of pulling things apart and building things.
I have been part of a number of artist groups for interactive exhibits for exhibitions and festivals, along with working on various virtual reality projects combining machine learning, voice, and avatar expressions and is always looking for ways to push forward the field of virtual reality.
Contribution to Flowwa：
I want to help build teams of artists and technologists to solve real world problems. By having cross discipline teams, we can solve complex problems by using new perspectives. I can help and guide others who do not have a technical background into achieving the outcomes of their projects.
My work outside of Flowwa：
Working as an engineer on transitioning technology and energy reduction, to help move our society from fossil fuels to sustainable energy sources. However being an environmentalist does not stop me from enjoy my thrill seeking, with a side hobby of building fast personal electric vehicles.
マイク・ティルブルック

職業：作曲家、プロデューサー
自己紹介：
メルボルンを拠点に作曲家、プロデューサー、そしてレコーディング・エンジニアとして活躍、オーストラリアの音楽業界で10年以上の実績があります。いくつも賞にノミネートされ、様々なアーティストや映画製作者と共に仕事をした経験があります。ノミネートされた賞には「最優秀ジャズアーティスト賞」（2016年度と2019年度）と「最優秀アヴァンギャルド賞」（S.A.M賞、2016年度と2019年度）があります。
Flowwaでの活動：
バーチャル・リアリティ（VR）瞑想ルームで使用する瞑想音楽の作曲
Flowwa外での独自の活動：

Mike Tilbrook
Music Composer and Producer
Who am I?
I’m a composer, producer and audio engineer based in Melbourne, with over 10 years of experience working in the Australian music industry. I have been nominated for awards and worked with a variety of artists and film-makers. Award nominations include ‘Best Jazz Artist’ (2016, 2019) and ‘Best Avant-garde Artist’ (S.A.M Awards, 2016, 2019)
Contribution to Flowwa：
Meditation music composer for VR Mediation Rooms
My work outside of Flowwa：
I’m an active contributor to Melbourne's intercultural music scene, working with local acts such as Bortier Okoe and Tarabeat.
