I've always been fascinated by the characters that break the norm and defy stereotypes. I've never wanted to be the guy who lives a "regular life".
That kind of thinking has put me through a lot of trials and challenges.
But just when I'm about to throw in the towel and give up, a friend, a family member, or a billboard remind me that I'm doing great and that they are proud of me.

Sometimes I forget that "I'm enough". What I do is enough.
Who I am is more than enough. That I don't need to make myself a certain way so that I become more acceptable to society.

We live in a world where you can connect to the digital world, find out about almost anything, anywhere, anytime but at the same time, we have become so disconnected to ourselves. There are times where I'm watching something I have no complete interest in just because I want the time to pass. Sometimes I forget what kind of person I am. What I like, dislike, what I believe in.

But lately I remembered (like I said at the beginning) I like characters that break the norm. I don't want to have the same experience as everyone.
I want to live a life that's mine. And I understand that everyone has different experiences even when they look the same from the outside. But living in Japan it feels like most people have a similar life and to do something different is sorta taboo.

I'm still trying to figure out my place in the world but, I think I'm starting to see what kind of life I want to live. Hopefully reading this gave you some kind of hope or positive energy for you to do something that you've wanted to do.
Thanks for reading.
