September 16, 2022: My Apartment Condominium, Various Events （ボクのマンション、色々な出来事）

An article on Note touched me. It is Chise’s one on her apartment condominium. I have lived in a condominium which is not as large as hers but have seen various events. I have often heard divorce rumoured. In one of such divorces, the wife and their children left the apartment and moved to another apartment building. The husband remained alone for a while. After that, he remarried a new wife and lived together there.
It also saw a small fire. A resident got out while remaining heating a frypan. The pan burned black and smoked, and a fire alarm went off. It prompted our caretaker to rush there to extinguish the blaze. It could lead to a big fire involving the entire condominium.
A few days ago, it saw a renovation cancelled suddenly. It would start shortly and take three months to complete. But it was off, and the cause remains unknown. Truth is stranger than fiction.

　千世さんのマンションに関する記事を身につまされる思いで読みました。ボクもマンションに住んでいます。千世さんのところほど大きくありませんが、いろんなことが起きます。
　離婚の話はしょっちゅう効きます。離婚して、旦那がマンションに残り、奥さんと子どもが隣のマンションに引っ越したこともありました。旦那は、その後、再婚し、今、新しい奥さんと暮らしています。
　また、ボヤ騒ぎもありました。部屋の住人が鍋を火にかけているのを忘れて外出してしまったのです。鍋は焦げ、煙で火災報知器が作動したため、管理人さんが部屋に駆け込んで、火を消し止めたのです。あやうく、マンション中を巻き込む火事になりかねない出来事でした。
　数日前には、リノベーション工事が突然中止になりました。3ヶ月を要する工事で、まもなく始まる予定だったのです。それが、何故か突然中止になりました。理由は分かりません。事実は小説より奇なりです。
