Manday, January 15, 2024: I’m Broke

I feel miserable and depressed, as two bills were delivered to me.  They are for water charges and the compulsory automobile liability insurance rate.
From the beginning, I don't have money, yet everyone sends me bills. At most, they are 10,000 yen, but I'm in pain, struggling to make payments.
I have no choice but to do my best.
