1. Choose:

2. Select:

In short, "choose" can feel more personal or casual, while "select" feels formal or methodical. In many everyday situations, they can be used interchangeably without a big difference.

気になったので調べてみました。
しかし、上記の通りあまり大きな違いはないようです。

こういうのが、一番困るんですよね(笑)。

今日は朝夜、2回ジムに行きました。
これを「ダブルスプリット」と呼ぶみたいです。
