240817 (Air + Physical) x Condition
The difference in temperature is torturing my body system.
I was thinking about that as I felt a headache that I thought was coming from there.
I used to visit Hong Kong, Taipei, Bangkok, etc.
When I walked outside, I wore a light shirt.
and put on a thin cardigan when you go indoors.
I came up with such a trick to move around.
I now feel that such behavior is also effective in the city center.
In some thoughtful facilities, the sweat goes away, but it's not cold.
In some places, the air conditioning is so strong that it makes you feel like you are in a cold room.
Yes, it's more like air-conditioning, but it's not air-conditioning at all.
I think it needs to be protected from the cold.
It's summer and you need protection from the cold.
Even in the office
There seems to be a lot of serious discussions about how to treat air conditioners after work.
There's also a debate going on in homes.
In the house, the surface temperature of the walls
Especially, how to keep the surface temperature of the walls
has a big impact on the efficiency and cost of air conditioners.
It is true that
If you turn off the air conditioner for more than 1 hour
The walls have warmed up considerably
air conditioner to the extent that it feels like it is struggling to cool down.
The air conditioner continues to spit cold air.
