I kissed mommy good night

さあ、寝る時間だ
It's time to go to bed

今夜はどんな夢を見るだろう
I'm wondering what kind of dreams I will see tonight

夢の中では自由自在だ
I'm free to do anything and go anywhere in the dreams

ヒーローになって空を飛べるし
I could be a hero and fly in the sky

子悪党になって大金で遊ぶこともできる
also I could be a gangster and play with a lot of money

だけどぼくはあの子とのデートで頭がいっぱい
But I'm obsessed with dating that girl 

主人公も、監督も、シナリオ作家も、ぼく
A main character, a director and a scenario writer are me 

初詣の神社ではお金持ちになって
I wished God at a shrine that I wanted to become rich 

自家用ジェットを持ちたいと神様に告げた
and have an own plane in the future.

だけどぼくは公園でまったりあの子とデートがしたいんだ
But I wanna date with her at a park in a relaxed way

きっと大昔から子どもも大人も男も女もみんな寝る前に神様にも内緒で小さな願い事をこっそりする
I think since back in the day, everybody, like kids, adults, men and women, 
has made small wishes secretly without telling God before sleep
