JPEGのピクセルサイズと解像度などメモ

SNS掲載や写真審査サイトへ投稿する機会や、印刷してパネル化する機会が増えてきた。元ファイルとしてJPEGを利用するとして、ピクセルサイズや解像度の取り扱いをメモしていく。

例えば、ある審査サイトの投稿規約は下記。

Q: What size should the digital files be?
A: Digital images should be in sRGB format and not exceed 4000 pixels and 4 MB per file. Save as JPG compression High, and minimum 1000 pixels on the longest side.
