I read the article that you mentioned your first start-up and said that you disband your team.
What was the reason for dissolving your first company and what was the lesson for you to prevent it recur.

I fully undertand your issue of having difficulty in "Talking". Then, if language doesn't matter with the skill of talking, or how your think and talk (the speed between think and talk or write), why we are so difficult to talk?? Just the training?
