What do you guys do when you can't get motivated?

I'm dazed, thinking about things that are fun even if it's forced, and looking back at the origins of my motivation and books that I can look back on.

This 5-second rule means, for the time being, the ability to keep trying no matter what for 5 seconds. It's a technique.I use this method when I have to do something without saying anything. However, the origin of motivation is ultimately to motivate yourself, so if you can do something that will give you an adrenaline rush, your motivation will naturally increase. The reason why I am dazed is to empty my mind once. After waking up in the morning, you think about a lot of things. Then, after the afternoon, all kinds of thoughts have been repeated, so my brain fatigue has accumulated, and there are questions in the corner of my head that I can not answer. When I do other work at that time, the questions and worries come back to my mind at the moment when I get stuck.If so, it's not a place to work. Too much distraction leads to a lack of concentration, and furthermore, the exhaustion of thoughts lowers motivation and leads to a negative spiral. So, if you are worried about increasing your motivation, I recommend that you know various ways to revive your motivation. )​​

Of course, I think everyone has a different reason for not being motivated.

When one task is completed, you feel that you have completed it.

Basically, at times like that, I wonder if what I'm doing is what I really want to do? What should I do to do what I really want to do? What would you think if you were that person? I have a lot to think about.

But as I thought about various things like this, my anxiety and worries were eased, and eventually the things I was thinking about naturally faded away, and in the end I was able to return to myself. For the time being, do your best at what's in front of you."
(I'm digging deeper into my thoughts here.If you can't come up with an answer after thinking about it, I recommend trying to imagine how your mentor would answer this question. Then some kind of answer will be born in your head, and then there is the idea of ​​metacognition in the fields of psychology and brain science. This is defined as controlling one's own cognitive activities (perception, emotion, memory, thinking, etc.) after objectively capturing and evaluating them. In other words, it's like knowing yourself from every corner of your body, understanding what you've learned, and making effective use of your strengths. This metacognition can be used in many ways, so I highly recommend it. )​

In other words, if you do this, your motivation will naturally recover.

But when I think about it again, what is my life like? So, you can take the opportunity to stop and think at key points as a time someone deliberately gave you.
(I don't usually look back on myself, so if you're a busy person, it's even more so. So, when your motivation drops and you stop working, I understand your frustration. It's time to think about whether what you're doing is what you really want to do, whether it's the path you envisioned, or whether it's the right direction.If you have a family, go to an environment where you can be alone, and as I said before Thinking in a daze comes to life here as well.)

I think that there are various idols and people that people worship, such as gods, Buddhas, ancestors, etc., so I won't limit it, but these people dared to create this time. maybe.

During that time, you may find what you really want to do, be able to confirm that the path you should take is correct, discover the good points of your colleagues, and generate new ideas, which will give you a lot of confidence. You will be revived and have the energy to move forward.
