こんにちは、春からプラスカラーでインターンをしている和田翔汰です。
将来はどうぶつの森のような生活がしたいです。そのためにまずは資本主義社会で生きる術を身につけるべくインターンに取り組んでいます。もちろんめちゃめちゃ楽しんでやってます^^

遂に動き出した担当プロジェクト
The project is finally underway.

さまざまなプロジェクトに携わらせていただいています。
その中のカフェBAR運営の一環としてUber Eatsをはじめるということで（何の会社？）ずっと混雑して滞っていたプロジェクトがついに動き出しました。Uber Eatsではお昼の時間に焼きそばやカレーを売ろうというものです。もし売れなかったら僕が焼きそばとカレーを持って代官山を歩き回ります。
I am involved in various projects.
By starting Uber Eats as part of the cafe BAR management (what company?), a project that was always crowded and stuck has finally started. Uber Eats sell yakisoba and curry at lunchtime. If it doesn't sell, I walk around Daikanyama with yakisoba and curry.

本日はUber Eatsをはじめるにあたって損益の計算が必要になりました。
そこで、前からやってみたかったPLを作ってみることにしました。普通いきなりPL作りますって言ってOKでないと思うのですが、この自由度がありがたいところです。もちろんInstagram運用やその他のタスクもこなしながらですが、自分で作り方を調べながらやってみました！
しかも午後は大学のテストもありました。それでもタスクを終わらせれば問題ないのがプラスカラーのスタイルです。（タスクが終わったとは言ってない。）
Today I need to calculate the profit and loss to start Uber Eats.
So I decided to make a PL that I wanted to try from the beginning. I think it's not okay to make a PL suddenly, but I'm grateful for this degree of freedom. Of course, while doing Instagram operation and other tasks, I tried doing it while checking how to make it myself!
Moreover, there was a university test this afternoon. Still, if you finish the task, there is no problem with the plus color style. (I'm not saying that the task is over.)

今日の成長と失敗
Today's Growth and Failure

今日は何と言ってもはじめてPLを作ってみた成長の日でした。
もちろんPLは見たことはありましたが中身を紐解いたこともなく完全素人でしたが、やはり資本主義社会で生きていくには避けては通れません。それが、本日簡易的なものではあるとはいえ自力で形にできたことはとてつもない成長です。将来独立したい思いがある僕にとって実践でここまで経験が積めるこの環境には感謝しかありません。そこでの気づきは「何となく儲かりそうを数字に落とし込むことは意外と簡単」ということです。これができるだけでみんな持っている頭の中の素晴らしいアイデアが具現化できます。反省としては、自分の中でのイメージを上手く共有できないことです。未来のPLなのでだいぶ勘で作っているところがあり人には伝わりづらいものになりました。次は自分でも説明できるような明確なものを作りたいと思います。
Today was the day of growth when I first made PL.
Of course, I've seen PL, but I was a complete layperson without unraveling the contents, but I still can't avoid living in a capitalist society. Although it is a simple thing today, it is a tremendous growth that I was able to shape it by myself. For me, who wants to be independent in the future, I am grateful for this environment in which I have gained so much experience in practice. What I noticed there is that it's surprisingly easy to put some numbers that seem to make money into numbers. This is all we can do to embody the great ideas in our heads. The reflection is that I can't share my image well. Since it is a future PL, there are places where I make it with a lot of intuition and it is hard to convey to people. Next, I want to make something clear that I can explain.

まとめ

今日はマンネリ化してきたインターンに刺激が加わった日でした。
実をいうと自分がインターンをなぜしているのか見失っておりチャレンジする気持ちに欠けていました。しかし、幸運なことにまた新たなプロジェクトが動きはじめて自分が成長するためにここにいるんだということを改めて自覚しました。上にも書いた通り今日も好き勝手挑戦させていただき最高の気分です。最後に一つ気づいたことをここに記します。「人が老いるのは挑戦しなくなったとき。」by和田翔汰
Today was the day when the intern who had become a rut was stimulated.
To tell the truth, I had lost sight of why I was an intern and lacked the will to challenge. But I'm fortunate to realize again that a new project has begun and I am here to grow. As I wrote above, I feel like I am in the best position to challenge myself. Here is one last thing I noticed. “People are old when they stop trying.” by Shota Wada
