All citizens are doctors

Summary

While each individual should take responsibility for his or her own health and seek ways to avoid depending on medical institutions by learning methods of self-diagnosis and self-treatment, the author has discovered a method that acts on the subject's organism at the subconscious level to draw out the subject's natural healing power and maintain biological homeostasis.

The time will come when people will not be able to receive medical care.

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are 17 goals for sustainable development adopted by the United Nations (UN) in 2015, which are intended to be achieved by 2030, to build a sustainable society and address global challenges. SDG Goal 3, "Health and well-being for all," aims to promote healthy lifestyles in all countries and improve the health and well-being of all age groups; however, the following limitations exist in the current provision of healthcare by the state

  1. disparities in access

The provision of medical care by the state can lead to disparities in access across regions and societies. In remote and impoverished areas, access to medical facilities may be limited, making equal provision of medical care difficult.

  1. Insufficient medical resources

When medical resources such as doctors, nurses, and medical equipment are limited, the provision of medical care by the state may be inadequate. In developing countries in particular, the shortage of medical personnel is a serious issue.

  1. Financial Constraints

Healthcare is a high-cost service that can place a heavy burden on the state budget. The scope and quality of medical services provided by a nation can be affected by budget constraints. In particular, the proportion of the elderly population in Japan is much higher than in other developed countries, accounting for 28% of the population as of 2021, with one in four of the population aged 65 or older. Healthcare costs for the elderly account for a large portion of overall healthcare costs, and this proportion is likely to increase in the future. The government is implementing a variety of measures to curb medical costs, such as revising NHI drug prices and reimbursement for medical services, and promoting the use of generic drugs, but the burden is growing, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain Japanese medical costs at a sustainable level.

Universal Health Care

Under these circumstances, it is important for individuals to manage their own health and take preventive measures. Furthermore, they should seek ways to avoid relying on medical institutions by learning methods of self-diagnosis and self-treatment. Self-treatment can be helpful not only for minor health problems, but also for life-threatening cases. In fact, since the 1950s, the American Heart Association has been working to promote the use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (a method of helping the heart and breathing to move by chest compressions and artificial respiration) for people whose hearts and breathing have stopped. The method of helping the heart and breathing to move by chest compressions and artificial respiration, in which the breath is blown into the lungs through the mouth.

Effective Methods for Maintaining Homeostasis

As described above, it is important to learn methods of self-diagnosis and self-treatment, but the author has discovered a method that enables self-diagnosis and self-treatment by working with the natural healing power. In other words, there is always a force that tries to maintain balance in this universe, but at the organism level, there is a force that tries to maintain biological homeostasis, and the natural healing power exists to maintain this. Self-healing power refers to the natural healing ability of the human body, the ability of the body itself to heal wounds and illnesses without relying on external treatments or medicines. In other words, it has been confirmed that particles and waves have energy and are mutually transformed in this world, and it is thought that in the universe, matter (particles) and spirit (waves) energetically influence each other to maintain homeostasis at the biological level. The therapy accesses the subject's subconscious mind, and the subject's subconscious mind interacts with the subject's subconscious mind to discover abnormalities in the body, and by acting on the subject's organism, draws out the subject's natural healing power, acting on the balance of yin and yang (negative and positive) to maintain homeostasis in the organism.

●Finally.

In the first place, one's life and health should not be left to others. Protecting one's own life and health is essentially one's own responsibility, and it is necessary to move away from medical care that is left to doctors. Each individual should achieve ultimate happiness by pursuing perfect health.

Since this examination and treatment method only uses natural healing power to restore the organism to its natural state, there is no risk. In fact, there are no side effects and no pain. The author has created a tool that combines substances and shapes that generate waves with healing properties, and would like you to try it. The use of this tool does not require any special skills, and it is expected to be effective even if it is just in contact with the body. We can expect positive effects on more than just the body.

The world environment is built by us humans, and all social problems are caused by us. Our sick bodies and minds create wars, social unrest, and imperfect societies. It is beneficial to a healthy society if each individual learns his or her own medicine and pursues perfect health.
