都道府県の総合計画
47都道府県のうち沖縄県が2012年から総合計画を策定するようになった。とはいえ地方自治法の改正により総合計画は法定計画でなくなったので、策定義務も消えたといえる。そのかわり「人口ビジョン」や「まち・ひと・しごと総合戦略」の策定で代替している都道府県も２件ほどある。高知県と熊本県がそうだと思う。
