・“やむを得なさ”について
つい勘違いされがちなのだけれど、隔離中は全く外に出てはいけない、という訳では無い。公共交通機関には乗れないが、“やむを得ない”場合外出する事自体は認められるのだ。
この“やむを得なさ”が難しい。
食料品の買出しなどはそれに当たるかもしれないけれど、これだけ宅配サービスが存在する中で食料品の買出しは、それは“やむを得ない”と言えるのか。ルールがわかりづらい。
そうであればどうしても会いたい人に会う事だって、“やむを得ない”かもしれないし、どうしても行きたい小料理屋に行く事だって（どんな小料理屋かしら）“やむを得ない”のでは無いか。
台湾の場合、階下に弁当を取りに行くだけで管理人にどやされ、その後警察から警告の電話が掛かって来た。この違いは何だろう。
日本人独特の忖度によって“やむを得ない”は成立っている。
で、結果外に出ていない。
嗚呼、孤独ね。

・What is “It can't be helped”?
It's often misunderstood, but it doesn't mean you can't go out at all during quarantine.
I can't get on public transportation, but I am allowed to go out if "It can't be helped.".
What is "It can't be helped." ?
Buying groceries may be one of them, but with so many home delivery services in existence in recent years, can buying food be said to be "It can't be helped."? The rules are hard to understand.
In that case, it might be "It can't be helped." to meet someone you really want to meet, or to go to a restaurant you really want to go "It can't be helped." (What kind of restaurant is it..?).
In Taiwan, when I went downstairs to pick up my lunch, the caretaker got angry at me and then the police called me to warn me.
What's the difference?
Due to the pressure peculiar to the Japanese, "It can't be helped." has been established.
So, I didn't go out.
Ah, so lonely.
