KUON's Special Day_2022

Happy new year!

I hope that the year 2022 will be a bright and hopeful year for everyone.

How are you having your New Year's Day?
KUON Flagship Store will be open from January 5th.

We have prepared special item that brings luck to people here for the first sale of the year.

Now, today's note is about the renewed our sale.

Please read this together with the previous note.

There are three reasons for holding "Our Special Day".

(1) In May last year, we conducted a questionnaire to our customers in Japan and overseas. Among them, there were many requests for "sales".

The reasons vary, but many customers actually bought KUON because of a sale in the store and started going to the store from there.
It is true that our products are not cheap, so there are many people who want to buy them but could not afford them.

We hope that this "Special Day" will be a chance for people to get their hands on our products.

(2) Many respondents said, "I would like to go to the store when COVID-19 is settled. "
Last year's sale was conducted by appointment only, so we were not able to accommodate many people. This year, the store has been open for a year and we can now do enough COVID-19 prevention so that we don't have to make appointments.

We believe that "Our Special Day" is a chance to let more people know about KUON.

(3) We're on the verge of an archive store!
We have found a few potential locations and may have something to report by the end of this year.This sale is also meant to secure funds for that purpose.We will no longer have three types of discount coupons, which confused many customers last time, but only one type.

I think of consumption as "special favor". When you see a store that has gone out of business, there are times when you say, "I actually liked that store," or "I was thinking of shopping there next time." I think it's better for brands, stores, and customers to move on before that happens. It doesn't matter if it's a cheap purchase or if there's something extra. I think it's all about special favor and support for us. I hope you will take this opportunity to pick up some KUON products.

Finally, the reason why we renewed the sale was because the KUON team was not excited about the word "sale", and we decided that "Special Day is kind of like a festival, it's exciting".
