２回目の登場、Collective Arts Brewing から、フルーツビールのご紹介です。中々鋭い赤色をしたビールですが、パッションフルーツ、ブラッドオレンジ、ラズベリーと言った酸味の効いたとても甘味のあるジューシーなサワーエールです。
Smoothie in the morning & a smoothie beer in the afternoon. We said it was smoothie SZN at UA! In collaboration with @ology_brewing_co, we blended up a fruit smoothie beer with Passion Fruit, Blood Orange, Raspberry, and as the second photo shows, it is a certifiably refreshing at a 4.5% ABV.

Collective Arts Brewing is a grassroots craft brewery that aims to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists and musicians. 実はこのBreweryは実際に自分たちで作っている訳ではなく、提携先のブリュワリーに作ってもらっていたり、色々なブリュワリーとコラボしてビールを出したりしています。普通のブリュワリーでは無いんです。
特にこのUntitled Art. のシリーズは、ビールそれぞれには名前をつけず、各ブリュワリーの作り出す特徴的な尖ったビールたちを、抽象的なアートなデザインの缶にラベリング、発送やストアへの卸をやっています。
缶のデザインが秀逸で、ストアに並んでいてもひと目を引くのですが、中身にあった色味やデザインと毎回デザイン自体もある程度一貫されていて、アートとしてのビール、という拘りが見えます。
Instagramのページ(@untitledartbev)を見ると、色とりどりのクオリティの高い写真が並び、それぞれ特徴的なフルーツとも並んでいて、ホームページとInstagramの写真とは少し雰囲気は違ってあれ？と思いましたが、個人的にはアメリカに来てフルーツビールを好きにさせてくれた第一人者の事がもっと好きになりました。
今回はOlogy Brewing Coとのコラボ。フロリダ州にあるブリュワリーです。こちらの缶のデザインも面白いですが、こんな感じの写真もローカルブリュワリーな感じがして好きです。
こうやって、各ローカルブリュワリーを繋ぐというか、横並びに一緒に盛り上げていくスタイルも面白いなと思いました。
