On the night of the 16th, an earthquake of intensity 6 occurred in the Tohoku region, and I was just getting ready for bed when I felt a big tremor in Tokyo, where I live.
I was looking at social networking sites and saw that there were people trapped in elevators and trains stopped due to power outages caused by the earthquake in the Kanto region.
On the 22nd, the Tokyo Electric Power Company and the Ministry of Justice announced that there might be a shortage of electricity due to the snowfall in the Kanto region and the earthquake on the 16th, and that people should save electricity.
I realized that I have no choice but to do what I can do around me. I should be more careful to charge the mobile battery of my smartphone and turn off lights that I do not need on a daily basis in case of an emergency.

On the 17th, we had a meeting about music production and musical activities at zoom, and during the meeting, we talked about one of our goals for this year, "to do a live concert". I was made to realize this.
In the opinion of a person who has been involved in the music production for about 5 years, "The number of checkpoints and considerations that need to be cleared in a live performance by other artists and in a live performance by Mr. Sugiyama is an order of magnitude higher, so the number of meetings and the number of considerations that need to be made are much larger than those of a live performance by other artists. If we don't work out the details, the finished product will be half-baked." I do not want to be satisfied with a half-baked product, but at the same time, I have a strong desire to hold a live concert to mark a milestone in my five years of musical activities.
What I reiterated as important in our discussion through Zoom was to make sure that we communicate well.
I don't think it's a good idea to work with the idea that the quality should be this good because of my disability, and at the same time, I sometimes think to myself that I won't allow it.
Anyway, even if you don't have to perform live at a big venue, you can participate in some events and perform songs, or sing using platforms such as YouTube, etc. You can start gradually by making edited videos of such events, and in the process, the quality will also be high at the same time. I thought it was important to act with the goal of finishing the work, and I decided to tackle it carefully, one thing at a time.

This week I uploaded a series of songs I have tried singing for the first time in a long time on YouTube, and sang the theme song of the Oni-no-Blade Yuukaku-hen OP. I thought I would not be able to sing when the time came.
Recently, I have only been doing Kentaro's Room and have not had many opportunities to create a full-body voice, and as a performer, that is not good! I thought it was important and crucial to always keep my body and mind in a state where I can both speak and sing, so I decided to upload one song every week from now on.
When I am at home, I tend to stay in the same position all the time, so the muscles I use and the way I produce my voice tend to be biased. From now on, as the weather gradually gets warmer, I will consciously strengthen my body and maintain my mind by going out to keep myself healthy.
