”We have no choice but to look for Maya!"：しかたないからマヤを探しに行きましょう！”

というセリフがありました。

この "have no choice but to～” は「〜せざるをえない」「〜するしかない」という意味になります。

例えば

I have no choice but to do so.：私はそうせざるをえないんだ。

He had no choice but to study English.：彼は英語を勉強するしかなかったんだよ。

みなさんも"have no choice but to～”を使って例文を作って覚えましょう！

大豆サラダのタコス（大豆、レタス、アボカド、ミニトマト、アスパラ、紫キャベツラぺ、チーズ、チリソース）バナナヨーグルト（ギリシャヨーグルト無糖）紅茶（ マリアージュフレール Wedding Imperial）

Breakfast: soy beans salad taco (soybeans, lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, purple cabbage rape, cheese and chili sauce), banana yogurt (unsweetened Greek yogurt), tea (Mariage Frères Wedding Imperial).

今日はクミンで味付けした大豆とたくさんのカラフルな野菜のタコスで朝ごはん。朝から大豆と野菜からたくさんの栄養をもらいました！
