【 Iwate, the Last Frontier 】 始動 / begins.

みなさん、あけましておめでとうございます。

【 IWATE, The Last Frontier. 】 プロジェクト（以下、ITLF）のnoteをご覧いただきありがとうございます。ここでは、2021年から本格始動する本プロジェクトについて様々な情報発信をしていきます。

今回は、まず第1弾としてプロジェクトの全体像を紹介します。どんなメンバーが、何を目指し、何をしようとしているのか。その全容をお伝えできればと思います。

This project will start in full swing from 2021.We will publish various information about the project here.

As the first step, this time we would like to introduce the overall outline of the project.This includes an introduction of who the members are, and what they are aiming to do.
Let’s begin with a broader explanation of our plans.

陸（みち）の奥。
厳しい自然と翻弄された歴史。

この地で生きのびるために
人々は祈り、耐えた。

「歴史」には登場しない
無数の語られなかった言葉たちよ。

耳をすませ、目を凝らせ。
縄文から蝦夷。数千年の時を超えて
この地に生きた者たちの言葉と、記憶と、対話せよ。
そこには私たちの知らない
広大な地平が広がっている。

新たな語り部 / Story teller たちによる
この地で語られなかった言葉を掘り起こし
  “いま” を生きる人々の糧とする試みがはじまる。

The last horizon beyond the darkness
The farthest land.

History entwined with the harsh nature.
To survive here, people prayed and endured the hardship.

Countless unspoken stories exist, that do not appear in common history.

Open your eyes and ears to these.
From the Jomon to the Emishi era.
Uncover the stories and memories of those who have lived here for thousands of years.

There is a vast horizon that we do not yet know about.

Iwate, 2021.
New storytellers will attempt to uncover the stories that haven't been told, and use these stories to help those now living to flourish.

IWATE, The Last Frontier. とは？
What is IWATE, the last frontier?

本プロジェクトは、岩手に暮らし、各地で土地の文化や歴史に触れるツーリズムやスタディツアーを提供するメンバーが集まり、2020年夏に始まりました。


This project started in the summer of 2020, with a group of people who live in Iwate and currently provide tourism and study tours for people to experience the culture and history of the land.

「歴史」の表舞台には出てこずとも、
確かにこの地で息づいてきた豊かな文化や歴史。

それらを拾い集め、”いま”を生きる人々のために、新たな学びを、誇りを、価値観を、そして明日への糧をつくるべく、フィールドワーク、ツーリズム、各種プログラムを順次展開していきます。


This area has a rich culture and history that has continued to survive in this area, despite not appearing in the more commonly known "history" of the area.

We aim to uncover these stories and through various fieldwork, create various tourism programs that will facilitate new opportunities for learning and understanding the values from the past to help those living now, flourish in the future.

観光は「光を観る」と書きます。

我々は、表面的に見える光ではなく、目を凝らさねば見えないような微かな光、耳をすまさねば聞こえない言葉にこそ目を向け、志ある仲間とともにそこに広がる最後の地平、Last Frontierを歩み、これからを生きる指針を自らの手で掴みたいと思います。


Sightseeing in Japanese uses the Chinese characters which literally mean “viewing the light."

We look not at the light that can be seen on the surface, but at the faint light that cannot be seen without squinting, the words that cannot be heard without listening. We would like to walk the last frontier, the last horizon that spreads out with aspiring friends, and grasp the ideals with our own hands to allow us to continue to live our lives .

プロジェクトの始まり　
And so the project begins

きっかけは、平成28年度からつづく復興庁事業「あたらしい東北」 プロジェクト。2020年度採択事業に選ばれたことにより始まりました。

「震災10年を迎える2021年に向けて、岩手沿岸に国内外の観光客を誘客する」。これは、節目を迎える土地にとって重要なことです。

ただし、外からの視点で地域をパッケージし消費するような観光ではなく、
あくまでその土地で暮らし、自然や文化と向き合ってきたプレーヤーが軸となり、外から訪れた人々と交わることで、岩手の豊かな地域文化が次世代へ継承されるようなモデルをつくることができないだろうか。
そう考えました。


This project began as part of the Reconstruction Agency's "New Tohoku" project, which has been running since 2016.
In 2020, our proposal was chosen as one of the newest parts of this larger project.

“With the upcoming 10th anniversary of the earthquake in 2021, the aim is to attract domestic and foreign tourists to the coast of Iwate.” This is an important goal for the area as we reach this turning point.

Instead of creating a sightseeing package that only views and uses the area from an outside perspective, we wondered if it might be possible to create a model in which Iwate's abundant local culture may be passed on to the next generation, through interactions between the local people of this area and their encounters with people from the outside.

歴史的にも、東北の地は豊かな資源を持つばかりに望まない侵略を受けた場所でもあります。勝者がつくった「歴史」には、この地の本当の価値は記されず、また、この地で生き抜いてきた人々もその多くを語らず耐えてきたのだと思います。

そうした中で、今を生きる我々がすべきことは、こうした事業においても外からの視点だけではなく、内側から汲み上げられた言葉や物語に耳を傾け
本当の価値を伝えていくこと。

奇しくもコロナをきっかけとして時代の価値観が揺らいだ今、これまで目が向いてなかった場所にこれからを生きるヒントがあるのだと信じています。


Historically, while the Tohoku region has abundant resources, it is also a place of unwanted invasion.
The "history" created by the winner does not describe the true value of this place, as the survivors have endured the harsh circumstances without telling their own stories.

As such, what we should do now is to listen to the words and stories drawn from the inside, as opposed to only listening to those from outsiders, and convey the true value that is hidden in this area.

Now, as the values ​​held dear to people everywhere have been shaken up because of COVID-19, we believe that there is a hint of how to keep moving forward in a place that has previously been overlooked.

ここで、本プロジェクトの拠点となる岩手についてご紹介します。

日本列島の東北地方、太平洋に面した広大な土地。
岩手は、奥羽山脈・北上高地に囲まれた縄文時代からつづく山との密接な暮らしと、入り組んだリアス式海岸による世界有数の豊かな漁場が広がる、自然豊かな大地です。里山を行けば素朴な暮らし、慎ましやかな神社や寺、巨石や巨木を今でも目にすることができます。


Here, I would like to introduce the base point of this project, Iwate prefecture

It is a vast land facing the Pacific Ocean in the Tohoku region of the Japanese islands.
Iwate is a land rich in nature, surrounded by the Ou Mountains and the Kitakami Highlands. People live in close harmony with the mountains, having done so since the Jomon period. It also boasts the world's richest fishing grounds along the rias coasts.
If you go to Satoyama or the plainlands area, you can still experience the simple life, humble shrines and temples, megaliths and giant trees.

しかし、「岩手」と聞いて、これといった特徴を思いつかない方も少なくないと思います。

”ありのまま” が残り、未だ拓かれていない大地・岩手。見えてきたのは「Last Frontier」というキーワードでした。

少し歴史を遡ります。
古代の日本、大和朝廷が日本本土にあった土着の民の国々を次々統一していく中、朝廷に帰属しなかった最後の民が、東北にいた蝦夷（エミシ）です。
蝦夷は、縄文文化を受け継いだ民族であり、その本拠地は岩手にありました。


However, when people hear the name "Iwate”, they do not imagine such features.

The key phrase that stood out when trying to describe Iwate, with its uncultivated land and authentic charms, is the "Last Frontier".

While the Yamato Imperial Court in ancient Japan unified the countries of the indigenous people in the mainland of Japan one after another, the last people who resisted with the Imperial Court were known as the Emishi. Emishi are the people who inherited the Jomon culture and lived in the Tohoku region. The headquarters of the Emishi people was in Iwate.

この土地で金や鉄が産出されたことから、豊かな資源を目的に侵略を受け、
蝦夷たちは暮らしを守るため抵抗しつづけたことがわかっています。

蝦夷という言葉も、野蛮人、異人の意が込められた呼び方ですが、中央から見てこの土地は、陸（みち）の奥にある最後の未開拓の地でした。

都会から遠く、冬は長く雪に閉ざされる後進地域。
長らくそのような印象を抱かれていたように思いますが歴史的にもこうした背景がありました。

また、テクノロジーが発達した現代においても、物理的・精神的距離によって流行が伝わるには時間を要します。最近ではコロナウィルスが最後まで発生しなかった土地であったことも記憶に新しいところでしょう。


It is known that the abundant resources of items such as gold and iron in this region led to the invasion in this area, however the Emishi people continued to endure these attacks in order to protect their livelihoods.

The word “Emishi” holds the meaning of barbarians or strangers. When viewed from the central area, this land was seen as the last undeveloped land in the depths of Japan.

This area was far from the main city, an underdeveloped area that was closed off by snow in the winter. It seems that this was the impression held by many for a long time, perhaps supported by its background historically as well.

Moreover, even in the present day and age, despite the many technological advances, it still takes time for the new trends and fashion to reach this area due to its physical and physiological distance from other areas.
You may recall that this was the last place in all of Japan to record its first case of COVID-19.

この ”フロンティア” に残され
私たちが受け取ることができるもの、
受け取るべきものは一体何なのでしょうか。

それは、人智を越えたものと共存してきた歴史 だと思います。


What can and should we gain in this "frontier"?

We can gain an understanding of the history of coexistence with things that transcend human understanding.

山と海による豊かな自然は前述しましたが、加えて岩手は、真冬はマイナス20℃に達する厳しい気候、冷害・水害による凶作や飢饉、そして予測不可能な天災と、常に「死」と隣り合わせで生きることを強いられてきました。

The rich nature of the mountains and the sea was mentioned above, but in contrast to this, Iwate has always been an area where life continued despite the continual threat of "death" due to the harsh climate of -20 °C in winter, bad harvests and famines caused by this cold and flood damage, and unpredictable natural disasters.

自然はコントロールするものではなく、
向き合い、受け入れ、ともに生きるもの。

このアニミズムの精神は今も根底に流れ、
人々は山に、川に、岩に、そして獣に祈りを捧げてきました。


Nature is not something for us to try and control, but instead, it is something we must face and accept head on, in order to continue to survive together.

This spirit of animism is still at its root, as people continue to pray to the mountains, rivers, rocks, and beasts.

▶︎500年つづく、人と自然（動物）の"対立と調和"を表現する「しし踊り」
A traditional folk performing art that expresses the conflict and harmony between humans and nature (animals) known as Shishi Odori, has continued for over 500 years

▶︎山の神への祈りと五穀豊穣を祈る「神楽」の舞
The Kagura dance is performed as a way to pray to the god of the mountains and to pray for a good harvest.



また、命をつなぐ困難さと感謝が祖霊信仰や五穀豊穣の風習などにも目にすることができ、こうした祈りの多様性は岩手の大きな特徴となっています。

In addition, due to the harsh climate things such as the customs of ancestral worship for longevity and fertile harvests can still be seen today, and it is this diversity of prayer that is a major feature of Iwate.

現代社会に生きる多くの人々にとってこれらは珍しく感じるかもしれませんが、この地では当たり前に行われてきたことなのです。

ここから今を生きる私たちは何を学ぶことができるのか。土地の言葉に耳をすまし、映そうとしている未来に目を凝らしてみました。

今、世界を俯瞰して見れば、デジタル社会の急速な発展、気候変動による未曽有の災害、全世界的に猛威をふるう新型ウィルスなど、今や人智を越えるものが次から次へと私たちを襲うようになりました。

価値観や感情は揺さぶられ、先行きに不安を覚える中ですが、果たしてそれらは最初からコントロールできるものだったのでしょうか。もしそうではなく、そもそも人智の及ばないものだとしたら。

もはや力や資本でコントロールする時代は終わり、私たち一人一人が自分自身を見つめ直し目の前に迫りくるどんなものとも向き合い、受け入れ、共に生き抜いていく心構えを持つべき時なのかもしれません。

きっとその手がかりは、この地で生き抜いてきた先人の道のりにあるはずです。

These customs may seem unusual to many in modern society, but they are commonplace here.
Listen to the stories that they are trying to convey to those of us who are living in the present and use these lessons to help shape our future.

Looking at the world from a bird's-eye view, there are many anxieties transcending from things such as the rapid development of the digital society, unprecedented disasters as a result of climate change and the new virus that is rampant all over the world.

Values ​​and emotions have been shaken and as we worry about the future, it is important to contemplate whether these things were really something that was controllable by us to start with?
If not, perhaps they were beyond the reach of human intelligence in the first place.

The era of power and capital control is over, and it may be time for each of us to look back at ourselves, and then face and accept anything that may be awaiting us, and do our best to be prepared to survive whatever comes, together.

The clue to achieve this surely lies in the path of the ancestors who have survived here.

具体的な事業　
Project in Detail

そんな背景と想いでスタートした我々ITLFが岩手で提供する具体的な事業。
それは、わかりやすい形で目に見えないけれど、時代を超えて脈々と続いてきたこの土地の魂 – spirit– に出会う旅 です。

With this background and passion in mind, these are the details about the ITLF project we started in Iwate.
It is a voyage of which its shape is invisible by mere sight, as it is a journey to meet the continuing spirit of this land.

旅のテーマ ）
・「歴史」の表舞台には登場しない隠された蝦夷のストーリー
・厳しい自然や動物とともに生きてきた人々の信仰と価値観
・縄文の文化が香る祈りの形（郷土芸能）
・生きることと直結する食文化と、食にまつわる信仰
・死が身近な場所における、目に見えざるもの（死者、魂、神々）との対話

人々がじっと耐えながらも
地下水脈のように継承してきた
生き抜く上で大切なものたち。

ITLFでは、コーディネーターやガイドが先導し、ツーリズムやスタディツアー、プログラムとして深く土地と接続する機会を作っていきます。

2021年春から本格的に動き出しますが、いずれその表現手段は本になるかもしれませんし、商品、空間にまで発展するかもしれません。

いずれにせよ、これからの時代を生き抜くきっかけを掴んでいただけたら嬉しく思います。


In order to endure the harsh environment, people have inherited many important things over time.

Within Iwate, the Last Frontier project coordinators and guides will take the lead in creating opportunities for deep connection with the land, in forms such as both tourism and study tours and programs.

The project will start to move in full swing from the spring of 2021. However, in the long run, the means of expressing this ideal may become a book or, it may even develop into various products or places.

宮城和朋 / みちのりトラベル東北 / 盛岡
1981年生まれ。岩手県宮古市出身。震災を機に公務員から民間へと転職。旅による人と人との交流を通した地域復興と活性化を目指し、各種旅行の企画コーディネートを実施。この度、県の内陸部と沿岸部をつなぎオール岩手による本質的な魅力の発信、持続的で新しいツーリズムのあり方を追求すべく、県内外の精鋭を招集しプロジェクトチームを立ち上げる。

Kazutomo Miyagi / Michinori Travel Tohoku / Morioka
Born in 1981 in Miyako City, Iwate prefecture. After the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, he changed jobs from working as a civil servant to the private sector. Planning and coordinating various types of travel with the aim of regional reconstruction and revitalization through interaction between people through travel. This time, heading up an elite group of people from both inside and outside the prefecture, he has set up a project team in order to connect the inland and coastal areas of the prefecture and to promote the essential charm of Iwate prefecture while pursuing a sustainable and new way of tourism.

久保竜太 / かまいしDMC / 釜石
1983年生まれ。岩手県釜石市出身。東日本大震災を機に釜石市へのUターンを決意し、2015年に釜石市の復興事業コーディネーターに着任。観光分野で活動し、観光計画策定やDMO法人設立等に携わる。持続可能な観光（サステナブル・ツーリズム）の可能性を追求し、国内で初めて、持続可能な観光の国際基準・認証制度の地域実装を行う。観光庁「日本版持続可能な観光ガイドライン」アドバイザー。本プロジェクトでは、主に企画構想やコンセプトメイキングを担当。東北のアイデンティティの再興を目指す。

Ryuta Kubo / Kamaishi DMC / Kamaishi
Born in 1983 in Kamaishi City, Iwate. After the Great East Japan Earthquake, he decided to return to Kamaishi City, and in 2015 he became the reconstruction project coordinator for Kamaishi City. Active in the tourism field, involved in tourism planning and establishment of DMO corporations. Pursuing the possibility of sustainable tourism, he has helped implement the international standard and certification system for sustainable tourism in Japan for the first time. Advisor to the Japan Tourism Agency "Japanese Sustainable Tourism Guidelines". In this project, he is mainly in charge of planning and concept making. His aim is to revive the identity of the Tohoku area.

富川岳 / to know / 遠野
1987年生まれ。新潟県長岡市出身。都内の広告会社を経て2016年に移住。77歳の郷土史研究家の師匠との出会いをきっかけに遠野の豊かな地域文化に傾倒。その土地の物語を編み直し、”いま”を生きる人々の糧とするべくツーリズムやお土産開発、デザイン、出版等を行う。本プロジェクトではツアーのプランニング、遠野の地域コーディネート、広報を務める。

Gaku Tomikawa/ to know / Tono
Born in 1987 in Nagaoka City, Niigata prefecture. Moved to 2016 after working for an advertising company in Tokyo. After meeting a 77-year-old master researcher of the local history, he devoted himself to learning more about Tono's rich local culture. He strives to reknit the story of the area in order to be relevant to the people currently living through various forms, such as tourism, souvenir development, design, publishing, etc. In this project, he will be responsible for tour planning, Tono's regional coordination, and public relations.

多田陽香 / to know / 遠野
1990年生まれ。岩手県遠野市出身。大学時代に文化人類学を専攻しキューバに留学。都内IT企業に勤務後、2018年に遠野にUターン。「気づきを促す学びの場づくり」を目指し研修プログラムや生涯学習の企画・運営等を行う。本プロジェクトでは遠野の地域コーディネート、ガイドを務める。

Haruka Tada / to know / Tono
Born in 1990 in Tono City, Iwate. Majoring in cultural anthropology when she was a university student and studied abroad in Cuba. After working for an IT company in Tokyo, made a return to Tono in 2018. With the aim of "creating a place for learning that encourages awareness", she plans and manages training programs and lifelong learning. In this project, she will be the regional coordinator and guide for Tono area.

阿部文子 / MATOWA / 八幡平
1979年生まれ。東京都出身。岩手大学にて比較文化・民俗学専攻、博物館学芸員資格を取得。観光業に携わり渡英。ロンドンの人材コンサルティング会社に勤務後、アンティーク取扱事業を展開。ヨーロッパと日本を行き来しつつ国内外各地の歴史・文化・自然とひとの暮らしや生き方への見聞を広げる。2015年より岩手山の麓・八幡平在住。馬と暮らしつつ"MATOWA"代表としてイベント企画、ツアーコーディネート・ガイド業に従事。

Fumiko Abe / MATOWA / Hachimantai
Born in 1979 in Tokyo City. Obtained a qualification as a museum curator and a majored in comparative culture and folklore at Iwate University. Engaged in the tourism industry and traveled to England. After working for a human resources consulting company in London, she developed an antique handling business. While going back and forth between Europe and Japan, she broadened her perspectives on the history, culture, nature, and people's lives and ways of life in Japan and overseas. She has lived in Hachimantai at the foot of Mt. Iwate since 2015. Currently is living with horses, engaged in event planning, tour coordination and guide business as a representative of "MATOWA".

ファリス・クィンラン / 盛岡
ウイスコンスタン州、マディソン出身。中国に10か月間滞在後、20年ほど前に日本へ移住。インドやネパールでバックパックしながら10年ほど東京に住み、2010年岩手へ移住。山登り、Airbnb宿の運営、ユーチューバーとして活動。山菜採りや自身のYoutube動画の編集・制作も行う。チベット仏教/古典的なチベット語にも精通するハイカー、認定酒ソムリエ、コーヒー愛好家。

Quinlan Faris / Morioka
Born in Madison, Wisconsin. Arriving in Japan around 20 years ago after spending 10 monthsliving in China. After 10 years living in Tokyo, during which he took multiple backpacking trips to India and Nepal, he moved north to Iwate in 2010. He is an avid hiker, runs an Airbnb, and his own Youtube channel. He also forages for wild vegetables and creates and edits his own YouTube. A past student of Tibetan Buddhism/Classical Tibetan language, certified Sake Sommelier, and coffee enthusiast.

階Katy / みちのりトラベル東北 / 盛岡
1984年生まれ。オーストラリア・ブリスベン出身。日本の文化や伝統芸能に興味を持ち、日本へ留学。その後、日本で就職。結婚を機に2012年に北海道から岩手へ移住。岩手各地に面白い文化や芸能がたくさんあるにも関わらず、外国人観光客に全く知られていないことに対してなんとかしたいという思いで今回のプロジェクトに参画している。外国人目線での商品開発、セールス活動と現地の英語対応を担当。

Katy Shina / Michinori Travel Tohoku / Morioka
Born in 1984 in Brisbane, Australia. An interest in Japanese culture and traditional performing arts, led her to study abroad in Japan on multiple occasions, after which she moved to work in the Tourism section in Hokkaido, Japan. Moved to Iwate in 2012. Despite the many interesting cultural aspects and performing arts in various parts of Iwate, she is participating in this project with the desire to do something about the fact that these are mostly completely unknown to foreign tourists. Responsible for product development from a foreigner's perspective, sales activities and local English support.

山田雅也 / 縦糸横糸合同会社 / 宮城
1980年生まれ。群馬県出身。TVCMや映画制作における技術サポート、クリエーターマネジメント、プロデュース業を経験。東日本大震災を契機に東北に伝わる地域文化の価値と魅力を再考する場を作り、発信し、次代へ継承するための活動として「東京鹿踊」「縦糸横糸合同会社」を立ち上げる。鹿踊を踊る一方で、東北の風土や文化を活かしたコミュニケーションデザインを企画/プロデュースしている。東北と東京の二拠点で活動中。

Masaya Yamada / tateito-yokoito llc. / Miyagi
Born in 1980 in Gunma prefecture. Experienced in technical support, creative management, and production in TVCM and movie production. In the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake, he created a place to reconsider the value and charm of the local culture that is passed down in the Tohoku area, to promote it, and launch "Tokyo Deer Dance" and "Tateito-Yokoito Company" as activities to help pass on the culture to the next generation. Aside from the Deer dance, he is planning / producing communication designs that take advantage of the climate and culture of the Tohoku area. Active in two bases, Tohoku and Tokyo.

○マーケティング
　Marketing Director

山崎真忠 / 株式会社環藝 /東京
1974年東京都生まれ。コンサルタントとして多くのクライアントの経営改革に従事後、株式会社環藝を創業。震災直後のボランティアで陸前高田市や宮古市を訪れたことから、本プロジェクトメンバとの縁を得る。環藝で培った人とアートの出会い方のデザインを活かし、本プロジェクトではマーケティングを担当。

Tada Yamazaki / Art the Globe Inc. / Tokyo
Born in 1974 in Tokyo. After contributing to corporate reforms for many clients as a management consultant, he founded Art the Globe Inc. He visited Rikuzentakata City and Miyako City as a volunteer immediately after the earthquake and gained a connection with the members of this project. Taking advantage of his experience cultivated in Art the Globe Inc. of how to engage people and art together, he is in charge of marketing in this project.

ご覧のように岩手出身のメンバーもいれば、海を越え、山を越えてこの地で暮らすメンバーもいます。

As you can see, some members are from Iwate, while others have come from across the sea and the mountains to live here.

− 地域で継承されてきたものを次世代に残したい。
− 生まれ育った土地の価値を再認識できたように、
ここで暮らす人々が自分たちのルーツや歴史に誇りを持てるようにしたい。
− この土地・人の魅力を多くの人に伝えたい。
− 本物 (genuine) を探究したい。

- Wanting to pass on what has been passed down in the region to the next generation.

所属する組織・立場やこの地で暮らす経緯はそれぞれですが、非常に頼りになるインディペンデントな連合チームです。

Although the organization and position to which they belong, and the background they have lived is varied, we have put together a very reliable and independent team.

2021年は、仲間を増やす。
In 2021, we hope to expand our team.

今年から上記メンバーを中心としてツーリズムやツアーを展開していきますが、同時にITLFの活動に共感してくださり、連携できる仲間を増やしたいと思います。

From this year, we will develop tourism products and tours centered around the above members and areas, but at the same time, we would like to increase the number of people who can cooperate with us with the same spirit to expand the activities of ITLF.

それも、行政区画には縛られないインディペンデントなネットワークです。
そもそも外から訪れる方々・旅人にとって、細かい区画ほど意味のないことはありません。例え物理的に離れていても、同じ志を持ったメンバーで連携していきたいと思います。

ついては、まず最初の取り組みとして、今年の春から、毎月 or 隔月で岩手県内をめぐる勉強会＆フィールドワークを実施していきます。

我々もまだまだ知識をつけていかねばいけないのでITLFチームのインプットを増やす目的もありますが、プロジェクトに共感してくださる方々がいましたらぜひこの機会にご参加いただけたらと思います。
コロナの状況次第ではありますが、ともに学び合いましょう。具体的な日程や情報などはSNSで発信しますので、フォローいただけたらと思います。


It will be an independent network that is not tied to any government administrative divisions.
In the first place, there is nothing more meaningless for people traveling from outside the area than a small compartmentalized experience.
Even if they are physically separated, we would like to cooperate with members who have the same aspirations.

As a first initiative, we will hold a study session and fieldwork around Iwate prefecture every month or every other month from this spring.

We still have much knowledge to acquire, so we also have the purpose of increasing the input of the ITLF team, but if there are people who feel a connection with this project, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us in participation.
Let's learn together, despite the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
Specific dates and information will be posted on SNS as decided, so please follow us.

我々が目指す方向性もより具体的に示されると思うので、そちらも注目していただけたら大変嬉しいです。
