Let’s do more and more of NEAT! It is about a guide line for how to reduce a fat

I believe some of you does not know about “NEAT”.
This is a calorie when you use in daily life.
Such as, commuting, cleaning, washing, talking, and so on.

It takes the calorie 500 to 1000Kcal if anyone who are high volume for those tasks.(it is always advised that housekeeper in a hotel)
When you exercise at a gym, it is only 400Kcal. So only considering to the calorie, you need to increase volume of “NEAT”.
Therefore, when you think of a fat, bear in mind for effectiveness of meal.

If you think you may not handle any exercise, let’s not to take elevator and escalator. Light exercise every other 30mins. When you use smartphone, standing up and using it. This is just some example and worth to shots.
