Graffityの英語学習について #ちょっとGraffity

Hello everyone. It's Moo.
Graffityには、社内公用語を英語にするという目標があり、これを達成すべく、社内の英語学習に力を入れています。
Graffity has a goal of making English the official language of the company, and in order to achieve this goal, we are putting an extra effort to learn English.
今回はそんな、Graffityでの英語学習について話していきます。
In this blog post, I’ll talk about how we are learning English at Graffity.
また、英語学習の一環として、この記事の文を英語に訳した文も一緒に書いていきたいと思います。
And as part of the English learning effort, I’d like to write this article in English also.
補助金が出ます！(Grants are available!)
英語学習と一口に言っても、その種類は様々です。
There are many different ways to learn English.
Graffityでは、社員の自由な英語学習を応援するために、英語学習補助金として１月に１万円を申請することができます。
Graffity allows employees to apply for ten thousand yen per month in expenses to support their English studies.
これにより、参考書を買う、英語教室に通う、ビートルズのアルバムを買う(？)など、自分にあった学習方法で英語学習をしていくことができます。
This system allows you to learn English in a way that suits you, such as buying reference books, taking English classes, or buying a Beatles album(?).
自分はまだその方法を決めていないのですが、英語が得意な友達に良い参考書を教えてもらったので、とりあえずそれを買ってみようと思います。
I haven't decided how to use that system yet, but a friend who is fluent in English told me about a good textbook, so I'm thinking of spending the grant on that.
英会話をしています！(We practice speaking in English!)
Graffityでは週に一回、チュニジア人のHichと英会話をしています！
Once a week at Graffity, we have an English speaking session with Hich, who is from Tunisia!
Hichは、英会話を教える資格を持っていて、発音や表現について沢山の指摘をしてくれます。
Hich is certified to teach English, and gives us lots of advice on pronunciation and expressions.
さらにHichは、とても明るいし、いろんな話題をふってくれるので、すごく楽しく英会話をすることができます。
Moreover, Hich is very cheerful and directs the conversation towards many different topics, so he makes our sessions very enjoyable.
もっとHichと会話できるようになりたい、というのも、Graffity全体の英語学習のモチベーションに繋がっていると思います。
I think one of the motivations for learning English among Graffity employees is to be able to talk with Hich in more detail and on many more topics.
まとめ (Conclusion)
英語で文章を書くこと自体久しぶりで、とても疲れました...
It's been a long time since I've written in English and I'm very tired...
自分の英語の実力はまだまだなので、みんなに追いつけるように、そしてHichといっぱい喋れるように、もっと頑張ります！
I think my English definitely has room for improvement, so I'm going to do my best to catch up with everyone else and become able to speak a lot more with Hich!
