外は激しい雨。
気象庁は本日16:30、福岡、佐賀、長崎の３県に大雨特別警報を。

くっきりとした美しい四季がある我が国ですが、ここ10年ほどでしょうか、温帯性気候から急速に亜熱帯性気候に移りつつあるように思われます。
例えば昨日からの熊本県の球磨川(くまがわ)を中心に大きな被害をもたらした集中豪雨のように、大きな水害は毎年必ず起こるものと想定すべきものになってきました。
抜本的な対策の見直し以外に、救える命を救えるものは無い事実です。
準備が全て、のように思います。

Heavy rain outside.

The Japan Meteorological Agency issued a heavy rain special warning today at 16:30 in Fukuoka, Saga, and Nagasaki.

Japan has clear and beautiful four seasons, but it seems that the climate is changing from a temperate climate to a subtropical climate for the past 10 years or so.
For example, heavy floods have been expected to occur every year, such as the heavy rain that caused great damage mainly in the Kuma River in Kumamoto Prefecture since yesterday.
It is a fact that there is nothing that can save a life other than radical review of measures.
I think everything is ready.
