Crushed spider

I was cut a spider's thread and I was sadly stepped on by a passerby and died.
Am I wrong?

I was asked only for my body
Can I live?

In this dirty world, it's hard to breathe and I still have chest pains, so I gave up my loved one but gave up

I stabbed my chest with scissors
The flowing blood was proof that it was alive

I will continue to live while suffering
