He that will greeting will friend

He that will greeting  will friend.

Do you know this saying 
“He that will lie will steal”.
It means a person that lie without feeling ashamed will stole someone’s thing.
So I thought 
“He that will greeting will friend”.
It means as it is.
I was said greeting lead to make good friendship with many people 
when I was elementary school student.
I am shy. 
So I don’t good at talk with person whom there was at the first 
but greeting is very easy for me.
Greeting is increasing opportunity.
Therefore I think become easier 
to make friends.
