what we do in the shadows

The other day, I saw ‘’whant we do in the shadows’’ together with my girlfriend because she was interested in it.
That was featuring vampires who were living in this world and they were shooting them like a documentary.
I heard this movie is made in New Zealand, but I’m so sorry that I didn’t know any traits of movies in New Zealand, however, according to her impression on them, they have nicer sense of humour than those in Australia.
About ‘’ what we do in the shadows’’ I found some humourous parts in it and I remember I laughed a lot while watching it.
I’m not the one who makes laughter at the theatre, but if I had watched this there, I might have grinned alone. Also, I might have felt like laughing.
I cannot help feeling that vampires exist in this world maybe because it was being shot like a documentary, but anyway I am sure the characters and actors are greater than anything else.
The knowledge that I had on vampires was only they would die when they face the sun, so every time their rules came out, for example they can’t come into the house unless they are invited and they would die if someone pierce them with wooden knives, my girlfriend explained those rules. This is the biggest factors that I could enjoy this movie.
Speaking about ghosts in Japan, we seem to share ideas like they don’t have legs, they are in white, and they appear around two o’clock. According to her, Western people share some common ideas about vampires.
Now I don’t know if it’s good or bad, but I feel vampires are humourous, humane, and adorable thanks to this movie.
I’m very curious that I would have kept holding the impression like ghosts are humorous and adorable if I had known humorous and adorable ghosts when I was a kid.
First impression is important in any sense, isn’t it?
You can meet nice vampires in ‘’ what we do in the shadows’’ and I guarantee that would be a nice meeting for you.

「what we do in the shadows」という映画を、
「what we do in the shadows」に関しては、
