食事の感想 ~ 今日のまとめ

今日は、昨日選んだムール貝が主役でした。 ムール貝はかなり良かったですが、調理方法は最良の選択ではなかったかもしれません。                          For today, the star ingredient of the dish were the mussels I chose yesterday. The mussels were quite good, but the method of cooking might not have been the best choice.

In this photo of the mussels, they can be seen soaking in the salt water (this is mainly to wash off any foreign matter). With their shells comfortably open, they seem actually quite relaxed (it might be slightly odd to say, because I cooked them soon after).                                           このムール貝の写真では、塩水に浸かっているのが見えます（これは主に異物を洗い流すためです）。 殻が快適に開いているので、実際にはかなりリラックスしているように見えます（すぐに調理したので、言うのは少し奇妙かもしれません）。

This is a quick drawing of the idea I had of what today's meal would be like.                                                                                                                   これは、今日の食事がどのようなものになるかについて私が持っていた考えを簡単に描いたものです。

Mussels are boiling!                                                                                        ムール貝は沸騰しています !

The first thought that emerged after eating what was an enjoyable meal, was "There was a way to cook this to be even more delicious. With more of the mussels in the forefront of the dish."                                                  楽しい食事を食べて最初に思いついたのは、「これをもっと美味しく調理する方法があった。料理の最前線にムール貝をたくさん入れて」というものでした。

It seemed as if it was an undiscovered potential.                                          未発見の可能性のようでした。

But, I think the important thing here is to continue trying.  The pinnacle of one's thoughts probably only become realized after one attempts countless other things.                                                                                    しかし、ここで重要なことは、挑戦し続けることだと思います。 自分の考えの頂点は、おそらく他の無数のことを試みた後にのみ実現するでしょう。

I think, out of every situation, especially ones where things were not agreeable, one should find what to draw from them. And I believe, a self-summarised evaluation of occurrences, is what helps one when attempting a new aspiration.                                                                         私は、あらゆる状況、特に物事がうまくいかなかった状況から、それらから何を引き出すべきかを見つけるべきだと思います。 そして、私は、出来事の自己要約された評価が、新しい願望を試みるときに役立つものだと思います。

To close today's article, I would like to present a seasonal poem.                今日の記事を締めくくるために、季節の詩を紹介したいと思います。

"One who tries to see every falling snowflake at once, cannot truly see even a single one."                                                                                             "雪の結晶が落ちるのを一度に見ようとすると、雪の結晶が1つも見えなくなります。"
