9日目　Day9

ホームステイ先のお父さんが、日本人の友人とナマズ養殖をしてビジネス研究をしているので私もその現場に同行しました。家を含めた三か所で合計2000匹ほどのナマズの養殖を行っています。稚魚から成魚まで各ブースに分けて育てています。来週からは本格的にナマズビジネスのリサーチに参加をし、フィールドワークを通して実際どれぐらいの人がナマズに関心があるのかを調べ始めます。

My homestay father is doing business research with a Japanese friend on catfish farming and I accompanied him to the site. They farm a total of about 2000 catfish in three locations, including the house. The fish are raised from fry to adults in separate booths. Next week I will start participating in the catfish business research in earnest, and through fieldwork I will start to find out how many people are actually interested in catfish.
