ボトルから直接吸い込む、ディフューズ。


【塗布】キャリアオイルで1滴以下に希釈し、胃の上部（太陽神経叢）と下部（仙骨チャクラ）、心臓に塗布します。注意：塗布する場合は希釈するなどして注意して使用してください。

【飲用】舌下、カプセル、水に1-2滴を落として飲みます。

 Aromatic: Inhale from bottle or diffuse.
Topical: Dilute 1 drop or less with carrier oil and apply to upper stomach (solar plexus) and lower stomach (sacral chakra) and heart. NOTE: Dilute and/or use caution when applying topically.
Internal: Take 1-2 drops under the tongue, in a capsule, or in water.
